By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the following terms of service below.

I. GENERAL TERMS
...1. Commissioned works should strictly follow my “Do's” list.
...2. All references are provided before working on the initial sketch unless I make additional requests.
...3. I have every right to decline commissions that do not follow my TOS.

II. PAYMENT
...1. All commissions must be paid 50% downpayment upfront once accepted. Remaining balance will be paid once the commission is complete.
...2. Modes of payment are GCash, PayPal, or BDO bank transfer.
...3. Invoices will be given once all references are received.
...4. On the off chances that the commission will not push through before the rendering phase, the remaining balance will no longer be paid. Once a rendered WIP is shown, refunds are no longer applicable.
...5. Invoice for the remaining balance will be given once the commission is finished.

III. COMMISSION PROGRESS
...1. Once downpayment is received, I will start working on sketches.
...2. Sketches given will be the approval stage. All major revisions must be made during this stage (character position, redraw of certain elements, etc.).
...3. Once sketches are approved, WIPs are shown until completion. Number of WIPs may vary depending on the difficulty of the commission. The only revisions allowed in this stage are minor color/text changes.
...4. All commissions will be worked full-day on the weekends (and any holiday/scheduled leave) and any at all free time I have after work since I have a dayjob from Monday-Friday.
...5. Time frame of commissioned work is usually 1-2 weeks in consideration to my job schedule but may extend depending on the difficulty of the request.
...6. Once final output is approved, a second invoice for the remaining balance will be given. Once paid, a google drive link will be given to the client with the works inside.

IV. COPYRIGHT USE
...1. I, as an artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.
...2. The client may post the work on their personal space/social media but shall not use it for commercial use.
...3. For commercial work, prices are to be discussed and adjusted.
...4. All commissioned works can be used as a sample for my online portfolio. Should the client refuse their commissions to be used, please state beforehand.

Other services like animations, Discord/Facebook emotes/stickers, PNGtuber assets, and even art prints are highly considered in the future. Be on the lookout for future updates!
